  The food was really good, but this could not have made up for the bad service. The manager and the waitress were both unfriendly and cold. She was very short with us when we were ordering. We all ordered steaks but it didn't say on the menu whether it came with sides, so we asked and she was just rushing through answering, very impatiently, as if we were bothering her.
  It also took more than an hour for the steaks to come, so we were just left sitting there after the starter. She only came to ask if we wanted to order more drinks, no words on how our food was coming along until I had to ask.
  They also had an 'optional service charge' which you could opt out of. I did, since I was less than impressed with the service, and told her I wanted to pay only the real amount. I was in the middle of the conversation when keying in my pin so I didn't check the number (my bad, I know), but when I got the receipt, I realised she actually put the whole amount with the service charge. My friend across the table said he defo heard me say how much I wanted to pay, so there was no chance she didn't hear it.
  Anyway, it wasn't a huge amount of money but it left me with an unpleasant feeling. I don't think I will be coming back here anytime soon.

  Great food, one of the best steak I have ever bought, quite expensive to have that in mind before you go. I have been during the day and it felt laid back, buy-in the evening it was a very different atmosphere. The waiters looked down on us as we were a bunch of lads but as soon as we were buying big they seemed to be less snooty.

  Superb steak, service and atmosphere. Best steak and some of the friendliest service I've ever experienced in this country.
  Visited for my 25th birthday and was welcomed with bubbly and even a scoop of their delicious Argentinian ice cream with a candle and song after our meal.
  I would make the trip back to Cambridge solely to visit this restaurant again. Faultless.

  By far the best steak I have ever had within the UK. I asked for rare and I got the most juiciest, succulent steak you can imagine. I got thin chips as a side order which were also just as perfect. The atmosphere was very modern and nice. Very friendly staff with plenty of good humour. They also dealt well with my dairy and gluten allergies very well with their allergy charts which are simple and easy to read. Would recommend this place anytime as they're very reasonably priced too. If you get the chance GO! You won't regret.
